Lisa oversees all Chamber operations and staff and is the resource staff member on most policy issues. She works closely with the Chamber Board of Directors. Lisa is the staff coordinator of several programs, including Business Day at the Capitol, Candidate Forums, Eggs ‘N’ Issues, Executive Committee, National Small Business Summit, and the Regional Business Council.

Matt helps member businesses access Chamber programs or benefits, such as the use of the Chamber’s Bulk Mail Permit, obtaining Certificates of Origin, and the scheduling of Business After Hours, C.H.O.W. Time lunches, meeting room in the Brainerd office, and the display window on North Sixth Street in Brainerd. Matt is the staff liaison to ChamberNet, coordinates the Annual Dinner, writes the Connect and Making Waves eNewsletters, and provides marketing, program, and event support.

Holly is the primary Welcome Center staff member serving inquiries about members and area information. Holly coordinates the Welcome Center AdverTEES and display advertising programs as well as the lodging member setup and updates. She is the staff liaison for the Chamber Ambassadors – South and its programs of Business After Hours and C.H.O.W. South, She also is the staff liaison to the Lakes Vybe Committee. Holly writes the Business Connections monthly e-mail, updates the Member-to-Member Benefits list, and coordinates the online calendar of events, Brainerd Lakes Specials, job postings, and website updates.
