Brainerd Lakes Marketplace
The Brainerd Lakes Marketplace is a unique and affordable opportunity to sell your products and services to residents and visitors of the Lakes Area. With space for only 150 Chamber member businesses to showcase their products and services, this will sell out fast!
This exciting new venue is an “open-air” market where attendees (we anticipate more than 10,000) can stroll among the spring, park-like setting, enjoying local fare, live demonstrations, camaraderie and browsing Brainerd Lakes Area Marketplace vendors.
Vendors are encouraged to have items to sell at the event (if appropriate) and special activities are planned for all ages – families – adults – and seniors – to attract buyers from throughout the region.
Affordable booth packages are designed with opportunities for premiere placement and an 8' x 10’ booth is only $360, with limited tabletop product sales space at $215. There is an opportunity for EVERYONE to participate!
A $1 admission fee (for adults only; children under 18 are free) will be charged at the door, and everyone will be entered in a drawing for door prizes (to be awarded throughout the event; donated by vendors).
Lakes Area Career Fair & Training Expo
The Lakes Area Job Fair is for anyone evaluating their career options – from the 50-year old dislocated worker to the 18-year old new high school graduate.
The event will include the Brainerd Lakes Chamber annual job fair with area employers who will have booths to talk with guests about job opportunities. Also, there will be focused employment strategies with a keynote speaker.
Manufacturing Open Houses
Learn more about your business neighbors in the Brainerd Lakes Area. In conjuction with the Minnesota Manufacturers Week, we invite you to tour a manufacturing company (or two or three!) in your area. You drive by these buildings every day, here's your opportunity to see exactly what goes on inside. The answer may surprise you! Modeled after the "Parade of Homes" concept, Minnesota's Manufacturing companies will open their doors to the general public annually during the state-wide Minnesota Tour of Manufacturing the last week of October.
