As a business owner and manager, your time is spent running your business, so the Brainerd Lakes Chamber is at the table of government meetings, representing the voice of the business community, when decisions are made that may affect you. Area issues that have been addressed by Chamber volunteers, committees, and staff include regional planning, workforce development, main street revitalization, and sign ordinances.
In addition, the Chamber annually creates a community Voters Guide, giving business and community members the opportunity to make informed decisions. These, and the many other advocacy programs, are driven by volunteer committees.
